Cheesy Masala Macaroni for Kids – Quick 20 Minute Recipe

Creamy Desi Veg Macaroni made with corn, capsicum, and homemade masala sauce. A quick, easy and kids-friendly recipe perfect for lunch box, breakfast or evening snack or dinner. Ready in just 20 minutes!

🍲 Cooking Time: 15 minutes
👩‍👧‍👦 Serves: 3–4


🛒 Ingredients:
1 cup macaroni( I took sooji macroni)
1 tbsp oil or butter
1 small onion (finely chopped)
1 small tomato (finely chopped)
2 tbsp capsicum (chopped)
2 tbsp sweet corn
1 tbsp carrot (optional, finely chopped)
½ tsp ginger-garlic paste
1 pack maggi masala magic 
2 tbsp tomato ketchup
2 tbsp fresh cream or 1 cheese cube (optional for creaminess)
Salt to taste



👩‍🍳 Method:
Boil the macaroni in salted water until soft. Drain and keep aside.
Heat oil or butter in a pan. Add chopped onions and sauté until soft.
Add ginger-garlic paste and cook for a few seconds.
Add tomatoes and cook until they turn soft and mushy.
Add capsicum, corn, and carrots. Cook for 2–3 minutes.
Add maggi masala magic, salt and mix well.
Add tomato ketchup and little water to make a saucy base.
Add boiled macaroni and mix gently.
Add cream or grated cheese for a creamy texture.
Cook for 2–3 minutes.


💛 Serving Suggestion:
Serve hot for breakfast, kids’ lunch box, or evening snack. You can sprinkle extra cheese on top to make it more tempting for kids.
